Awaken Student Ministries - Elementary
- Serving youth in grades Kindergarten through 5th Grades
Each Sunday during adult Worship and Assembly, children in Kindergarten through 5th grades are offered their own program that is specifically designed to meet the needs of each child at various stages in their own development.
Kindergarten - Kindergartners are offered their own class with a loving and nurturing adult teacher. Each week features crafts, bible-centered lessons, fellowship and play time. Refreshments are provided. Each teacher strives to provide a caring atmosphere where each child can learn that they are special and Jesus loves them.
First - Fifth Grade - Children in these grades meet together in The Gathering Room for a time of fellowship and creativity. After fellowship, children are introduced to a biblical principle through a bible-focused lesson, which is then reinforced through crafts, games, scripture intense-study, and music. Well-qualified instructors strive to provide a relationship-focused atmosphere where learning and applying the Word of God is a priority. Refreshments are provided.
Registration Information:
All children are required to be registered by a parent or guardian with each visit. Parents can register children in The Gathering Room, located in the lower level of the Main Church Building. Parents will need to return to The Gathering Room to pick up their child at the end of services.
